Additional 50FT Cat 6 Patch Cable Green RJ45M/M 550MHZ Snagless Information

With Cables To Go's Cat6 550 MHz Snagless Patch Cables you can stay ahead of the game with the use of this high-speed cabling to distribute data, voice and video. These cables will deliver stable performance to 550 MHz. Each cable comes UL-verified, and meets EIA/TIA Cat 6 TIA/EIA-568-B-2.1, draft 9 standards. These cables will handle bandwidth intensive applications up to 550 MHz and beyond and drastically reduce both impedance and structural return loss (SRL) as compared to standard 100 MHz wire! This is accomplished by bonding together each of the individual pairs, helping to maintain the twist-spacing throughout the line right up to your termination point. Constructed with high-quality wire and a shortened body plug will keep Near-end Crosstalk (NEXT) levels to a minimum. The molded, snag-free boot prevents unwanted cable snags during installation and provides strain-relief. Cables To Go Cat6 550 MHz Snagless Patch Cables are available in a variety of colors to easily color-code your network installation.

What Customers Say About 50FT Cat 6 Patch Cable Green RJ45M/M 550MHZ Snagless:

These work well for the price, and performance is fine, but the design of the squeeze clip on the jacks are a bit difficult to operate. In locations where the cable will rarely be removed, this cable is recommended. In locations where the cable may frequently be jacked and removed (such as traveling with it in a carry bag) I would recommend considering other jack designs.
The price is decent, but don't buy it unless you have use for a gigabit connection. What can I say. It is a cat-6 patch cable. Actually. You only really need a gigabit network if you move around big files and have a network adapter and the hardware that supports it.
This is a nice upgrade for the future. My other CAT 5 cables worked fine but now I can be sure in 8 years (length I had CAT 5) that these will still work for future technologies.
